Warvette Drone Shot
This shoot we utilized a drone heavily to capture the full detail of Warvette’s custom Corvette. As you can tell from the photo the car has a lot going on and we wanted to make sure we could capture everything from the bar on the front to the wing in the back. Below is some details on why we use drones when weather permits.
How a Drone Made This Photo Possible:
Bird’s-Eye Perspective: The drone allows for a top-down, bird’s-eye view of the car, showcasing the full design in a way that wouldn’t be possible from a ground-level shot. This perspective highlights the car’s custom paint job and unique design features.
Stability and Control: Drones offer stable flight and precise control, enabling the photographer to position the camera at the exact angle and height needed. This shot likely required the drone to hover directly above the car, a task that would be difficult or impossible with a traditional camera setup.
Wide-Angle Coverage: Drones can capture a wide area in a single shot, including both the car and the surrounding environment. This gives context to the photo, showing the car in its entirety along with the parking area and nearby trees.
Creative Flexibility: Using a drone, the photographer can explore various angles and perspectives quickly and efficiently, allowing for more creative possibilities than a ground-based photographer could achieve. This shot emphasizes the symmetry of the car’s design, making the most of the drone’s aerial capabilities.
Overall, the drone enhances the photo by providing a unique perspective, greater control, and a creative edge that would be challenging to achieve with traditional photography methods
